HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

If your shipment experiences a qualifying issue, contact us within 14 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date or expected delivery date.

When contacting us, you must clearly state that Package Protection was purchased with your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Any supporting photos or documentation

• Confirmation that Package Protection was purchased

Failure to identify your order as having Package Protection may result in delays while eligibility is verified.

APPROVED CLAIMS

Approved claims may be resolved through:

• Replacement merchandise

• Store credit

• Another remedy determined by Philly Tee Co

DELIVERED PACKAGE CLAIMS

If carrier tracking indicates that a package was delivered, additional verification may be required before any resolution can be considered.

Customers may be required to:

• Verify the shipping address provided during checkout

• Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailrooms

• Submit supporting documentation

• Complete carrier investigation, missing mail, or claim procedures when applicable

Package Protection does not guarantee replacement, refund, or compensation for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

EXCLUSIONS

Package Protection does not cover:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout

• Orders delayed by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control

• Requests submitted more than 14 days after the carrier's recorded delivery date

• Fraudulent claims or claims lacking requested documentation
