We stand behind the fit and quality of every item we make.

All items are custom made to order. Because of this, all sales are final once an order is placed. Please review the production and shipping timeframes below before ordering.

If your item doesn’t fit quite right, you’re covered by our 30-Day Fit Guarantee — a simple, affordable way to get the correct size without traditional returns.


Refunds & Cancellations

All items are made to order (custom made).
All sales are final once an order is placed.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering errors
  • Design preferences

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after checkout, as production begins shortly after your order is placed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Production & Shipping Timeframes

All items are made to order in Philadelphia.

  • Typical Production Time: 2–3 business days
  • High-Demand Production Time: Up to 10–14 business days during peak periods
  • Shipping Time: Based on the delivery option selected at checkout (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, etc.)

👉 Total delivery time = production time + shipping time

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these timeframes.


Size Replacement (Fit Guarantee)

If your item doesn’t fit, you may request a size replacement only under the following terms:

  • Valid within 30 days of delivery
  • Applies to incorrect sizing only (not preference or ordering mistakes)
  • Covers all eligible items within a single order
  • Limited to one replacement request per order
  • Replacement must be the same product in a different size
  • All requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion

Replacement Pricing

To keep prices fair for everyone, we offer discounted replacements:

  • Hoodies: $29.95 per item
  • T-Shirts: $19.95 per item

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on replacement orders.


Important Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • We do not require returns of the original item
  • Replacement requests are final and limited to one per order
  • This policy may not be reused across multiple orders for the same issue
  • All requests are subject to approval to prevent abuse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

We will replace it at no cost to you.


Order Issues

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Replacement orders require customer-paid shipping
  • Free shipping promotions apply only to the original order

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We take fraud and abuse seriously.

By placing an order, you agree to all policies, including production timelines and no-refund terms.

Filing a chargeback for:

  • Delays within stated production timeframes, or
  • Orders placed under this policy

may result in:

  • Full dispute evidence submission (including timestamps, policy acceptance, and order details)
  • Permanent ban from future purchases

All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation.


Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, deny replacement requests, or cancel orders if we detect:

  • Repeated attempts to exploit the replacement system
  • Excessive claims across multiple orders
  • Suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent behavior
