By placing an order with Philly Tee Co., the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to:

Acceptance of these terms is recorded at checkout and is legally binding.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to file chargebacks for:

  • Orders marked delivered or delivery attempted

  • Orders returned due to address errors

  • Custom-made, final-sale items

  • Carrier delays or tracking discrepancies

All chargebacks will be disputed using:

  • Carrier tracking

  • Policy acceptance logs

  • Order documentation

  • Carrier delivery confirmation

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders

  • Refuse service

  • Block future purchases

If we detect:

  • Chargeback abuse

  • False non-receipt claims

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Policy circumvention

Limitation of Liability

Philly Tee Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product only, excluding shipping and fees.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
